ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS ☮️

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Dominican University and eight years of experience practicing therapy. I have provided therapy across various settings including community mental health, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. I spent over five years on an interdisciplinary team at Eating Recovery Center/Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center, where I received specialized training in treating eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

I currently provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I often work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, eating disorders, women’s issues, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, and challenges related to identity and self-worth.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my dogs, and being in nature.

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally aware, and evidence-based practices. I believe healing is most effective when emotional, psychological, and spiritual care are integrated, and when each person’s values, beliefs, and lived experiences are honored.

My role is to walk alongside you, offering perspective and support as you reconnect with your inner strength. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, balance, and confidence while cultivating a more grounded and compassionate relationship with yourself and your body.

I believe a genuine therapeutic relationship is essential to meaningful progress. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I am compassionate, transparent, and deeply invested in your growth. Together, we’ll navigate your journey and set goals that are realistic, meaningful, and aligned with your needs.

Reaching out for support takes courage, and healing begins the moment you decide you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk along side you in your healing journey. Finding the right therapeutic fit matters, and I invite you to schedule a consultation with me.
