Krysta Halas, LCPC
OWNER, FOUNDER, PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Krysta is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and has experience working across multiple levels of care, including therapeutic school settings, hospitals, and higher levels of care such as IOP and PHP programs.
This background allows her to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, pace, and level of support.
Krysta works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, OCD, eating concerns, ADHD, depression, trauma-related stress, and challenges related to self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions.
She believes clients already have insight, strengths, and the capacity for growth and change. Krysta works collaboratively with you in a supportive, nonjudgmental space that honors your pace, helping you build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and develop steadier ways to cope. Her goal is to reduce distress and support meaningful, lasting growth so you can feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful moving forward.

Kimberly Just, LCSW

Kim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Dominican University. Kim has extensive experience working in various settings, including community mental health, intensive outpatient programs, and partial hospitalization programs. She provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, women’s issues, and ADHD.
Kim believes that building a genuine therapeutic relationship with her clients is essential. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, enabling them to make meaningful progress. Kim approaches challenges with compassion, transparency, and flexibility, supporting clients as they navigate their therapeutic journeys.
Kim’s therapeutic style is holistic and strengths-based, considering the whole person rather than solely focusing on current symptoms. Kim genuinely believes that each individual has the potential to live their best life, and works to help her clients embrace that belief as well.

Candice Pellicori, LCSW PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Candice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and a concentration in Child and Family Studies from Jane Addams College of Social Work-University of Illinois at Chicago. Candice has worked in a variety of settings, such as Thresholds, Illinois Department of Corrections, and Eating Recovery Center in their intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. She enjoys working with adults, 18 and older. Candice provides individual therapy, family therapy and couples therapy focusing on issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, parenting, racial identity, incarceration, and family dynamics.
Candice believes that YOU already have what it takes to become the best version of yourself, and her goal is to assist you in recognizing your strengths to overcome past traumatic experiences and developing skills to effectively navigate future challenges to create a life that makes you proud. Candice has mastered quickly building rapport with clients by modeling authenticity, affording clients to be their authentic selves. She offers a compassionate, comfortable and safe environment for clients to feel confident in making progress.
Candice's therapeutic style approaches treatment with cultural humility, considering all facets of the person and being willing to continue to learn to remain abreast of changes regarding culture and its impact on clients. Candice utilizes a strengths-based approach to assist clients with recognizing and building on their strengths to move forward in treatment.
